Loyalty points are not a pack
Owners already sell 6, 8, or 10 sessions of laser or Hydrafacial. A points balance is not remaining sessions, and reception cannot tell whether Sarah still has two IPL visits left.
A product, remaining sessions, then decrement on complete
Create pack products on Treatments. Assign them on the patient file. Completing that treatment consumes one session. Website booking can warn that the visit uses a pack or is paid at the clinic.
- Create a pack product (treatment, session count, price, expiry).
- Assign it on the patient file.
- Each completed visit of that treatment decrements remaining. The ninth follows the clinic overage setting: block, or record as extra.
Who this is for
Laser, facial, and medspa teams that already sell session packs. Not family/shared packs.
