Google Calendar for aesthetic clinics
GlowPilot stays the patient book. Google shows the team’s day on their phone and can block personal busy time. No patient names on the event. Professional and Enterprise.
Google Calendar for aesthetic clinics
The doctor’s phone is not the clinic diary
Staff live in Google Calendar. If GlowPilot does not appear there, they keep a second book — and a laser gets booked twice. Importing Google as patients, or letting Google edit the visit, is how the clinic loses the record.
A GlowPilot calendar on their phone, busy blocks in yours
Each professional connects their own Google account. GlowPilot creates a secondary calendar named GlowPilot and writes treatment, time, room, and location — not the patient, notes, or price. Personal calendars they choose only send busy intervals. Reception sees Occupied. The visit is still created, moved, and cancelled in GlowPilot. Apple Calendar and Outlook can subscribe to a private read-only feed. Patients get an .ics and an Add to Google Calendar link in the WhatsApp confirmation, still without their chart.
- The professional connects Google from Settings. GlowPilot creates a GlowPilot calendar on that account.
- Create, move, or cancel a visit in GlowPilot. The phone calendar updates. Changing the Google event does not change the clinic book.
- Optionally block personal Google time so online booking, chat, and the front desk cannot take that hour. Occupied, no title.
Who this is for
Aesthetic clinics and medspas on Professional or Enterprise whose doctors already live in Google or Apple Calendar. Not Reserve with Google. Not a two-way patient diary. Not Outlook OAuth — Outlook uses the read-only feed.
