Informed consent templates for aesthetic clinics

Reusable templates the clinic edits. An AI draft if you want one. The patient signs on paper. GlowPilot does not supply the final legal wording.

Informed consent templates for aesthetic clinics

A toxin Word file is not a consent system

Every treatment has a different document. Photo permission is mixed with marketing. The PDF goes missing between visits. Reception rewrites the name by hand and nobody knows which version the patient signed.

One template, one PDF, a pen

In Settings you publish the general consent, the treatment consent, the privacy notice, the quote acceptance, and image authorizations. AI can draft from the clinic catalog without seeing the patient chart. Staff print the PDF from the file; the patient signs with a pen.

  • Pick the type: general, treatment, privacy, quote, or photos (clinical or commercial).
  • Generate an AI draft or paste the text your lawyer already uses. Edit it and publish.
  • From the chart, print the PDF with name, clinic, and date. Mark it signed on paper and, if you want, attach a photo of the pages.

Who this is for

Injectable, laser, and facial clinics that already collect consent at every visit and do not want the document living on a desktop.

Bring the consent that takes longest to fill
